Once credits are purchased, what is the responsibility of the buyer/permittee?

After the completed purchase of wetland mitigation bank credits, the buyer has no further obligation regarding any wetland mitigation bank credit permit conditions. Our goal is to make the purchase of wetland mitigation bank credits as easy as possible.
